fa بررسی تأثیر آموزش بر مبنای مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی بر رفتارهای پیشگیری‌کننده از عفونت ادراری در زنان Midwifery Orginal research <p>چکیده زمینه و هدف: با توجه به نقش رفتارهای بهداشتی در پیشگیری از بیماری‌ها و ماهیت آموزش مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی در تغییر رفتار، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر آموزش بر مبنای مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی Health Belief Model (HBM) بر رفتارهای بهداشتی پیشگیری کننده از عفونت ادراری در زنان انجام شد. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی 170 نفر از زنان دارای سابقه ابتلا به عفونت ادراری مراجعه کننده به 4 بیمارستان شهر تهران با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری آسان انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمون و کنترل قرار گرفتند. تاثیر آموزش با استفاده از پرسشنامه خود ساخته مشتمل بر مشخصات جمعیت شناختی و سوالات رفتارهای بهداشتی مرتبط با عفونت ادراری در شش حیطه، قبل و 12 هفته بعد از مداخله سنجیده شد. روایی محتوا با استفاده از نظر اساتید (81/0=r) و پایایی آن با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (93/0₌&alpha;) تایید شد. داد‌ه‌ها با استفاده از آمارهای توصیفی و آزمون‌های من ویتنی، کای دو، و ویلکاکسون با سطح اطمینان 95 درصد تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: بعد از انجام مداخله، میانگین نمره کل رفتارهای بهداشتی و پنج حیطه آن در گروه آزمون نسبت به گروه کنترل اختلاف معنی‌داری نشان داد (001/0P<). این اختلاف در زیر گروه تبعیت از رژیم درمانی معنی‌دار نبود (07/0P=). در این مقایسه قبل از مداخله در هیچکدام از رفتارها معنی‌دار نبود (05/0>P). نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به تاثیر مثبت مدل اعتقادی در تغییر رفتار زنان، مدل مذکور می‌تواند یکی از راهکارهای موثر در پیشگیری از عفونت اداری زنان در نظر گرفته شود.</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong><i> Background and Objectives </i></strong><strong>: </strong><i>According to the role of the health behaviors in preventing diseases, the present study was conducted to investigate the effect of an educational program based on the Health Belief Model on preventive behaviors of the urinary tract infection among women.</i></p> <p>&nbsp;<strong><i> Material and Methods </i></strong><strong>: </strong>In this quasi-experimental study, 170 women with history of the urinary tract infection referred to four hospitals in Tehran were selected via convenience sampling method. The participants were allocated to the intervention and control groups. The intervention group received the educational program. Data were gathered using a self-structured questionnaire including demographic characteristics and items on the health behaviors related to the urinary tract infection at baseline and 12 weeks after the intervention. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire was evaluated using the expert panel opinions (r=0.81), and the Cronbach&#39;s alpha test (&alpha;=0.93.). Data were analyzed using the Man Whitney test, Chi-Squared test, and the Wilcox on test. The P<0.05 was considered as the significance level.</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong><i> Results </i></strong><strong>: </strong>There were no significant differences between the two groups at baseline regarding the health behavior scores. Comparison of the mean scores of the total health behaviors and five subgroups showed significant differences between the intervention and control groups after the intervention (P<0.001).
