| Session 2 | Talking about menopause problems, discussing feelings, abilities, positive emotions, moral virtues, and the abilities of other family members and the role of these abilities in a person's ability and problem-solving power. Homework: write "three positive events" about yourself. |
| Session 3 | Discussing the topics related to lifestyle and traditional treatments and diet in menopause, the time to meet with a doctor. Discussion about forgetting and forgiveness (turning the feeling of anger into a neutral feeling or positive emotion) Homework: writing a letter of forgetting and forgiveness" |
